<p>We are the Borrego Valley unit of Backcountry Horsemen of California. We hope you will join us for rides, clinics, workdays and other events, and in our efforts to keep trails and the backcountry open to riders and packers.</p>
<p>We are a small group, but friendly and active. We have about 4 to 6 rides a year, plus work parties. Our most widely known and participated in activity each year is our Borrego Valley Annual New Year's Day BBQ and Poker Ride (<a href="bv_photos.html">see photos</a>). That function brings members and friends from all over the state as well as Arizona... up to 100 riders one year. People in our group also participate in state and other local club rides. We welcome new members, and look forward to meeting you.</p>
