CR&HT Named a Millennium Trail
2000, August 22: More great news! Our own Kathleen Hayden's years of persistent, dedicated work has paid off. The California Riding and Hiking Trail has been named a Millennium Trail under the White House's Millennium Trails program, as one of our country's trails "which commemorate and interpret the communities they serve..." Congratulations on an extraordinary job Kathleen!

California Riding & Hiking Trail
It's signed by the First Lady. The flag was presented to Kathleen for her efforts on behalf of the California Riding & Hiking Trail.
